Rental Policies

  • All rentals are for one day use. The rentals will be delivered on the day of your event and picked-up the day after (excluding Holidays). Weekend rentals are considered one day rentals with delivery on Friday and pick-up on Monday. We reserve the right to make a delivery up to 2 days in advance of the event date.
  • Payment is expected at the time of rental reservation. Major credit cards only accepted. Rental reservations can be altered (based on availability) or canceled up to 5 business days in advance of rental date. The total reservation amount or altered total will be refunded to the credit card. Cancellations or depletions in quantity are not accepted less than 5 days prior to the event.
  • There is no credit for unused items once delivered.
  • After use, items do not need to be washed but must be wiped or rinsed clean of any food or drink. A 50% cleaning charge will be administered for any items returned un-rinsed.
  • After rental, if any items are missing or damaged a replacement fee will be charged. Damages include, but are not limited to, any item having a crack, chip, or scratch. Contact us for complete replacement fee list.
  • We carry a limited quantity of items; if your needs require more than what we stock, please contact us. In some instances we may be able to obtain an additional quantity.

Delivery Policies

  • There is no minimum order for delivery.
  • All deliveries will be scheduled in advance. After your order is placed a Head of the Table representative will call you to schedule the delivery and pick-up times. If you are unavailable at your scheduled time, please contact us immediately to reschedule or make other arrangements. The full rental term will still be charged if delivery is not met at scheduled time. Additionally, a full-day rental will be charged if a pick-up time is missed by the renter. Alternate delivery and pick-up times are available outside normal business hours for a nominal fee.
  • Someone must be available at time of delivery and pick up to verify all rental items.
  • Delivery and pick-up fees are based on location. Locations are based on St. Louis City or County zip codes. For an exact quote please contact us. Fees start at $25 delivery/$25 pick-up.
  • Rental is available within a 40 mile radius of St. Louis city.
